Our Regional Managers are responsible for supervising and mentoring their staff, overseeing daily operations, job site safety, and profitability of their individual regions. They are our clients’ main point of contact for all day to day questions or concerns.
They are in the field conducting hands-on supervision ensuring the service we provide you is always meeting your expectations. Knowing our Regional Manager is on site provides the peace of mind you’re looking for!
Our team of highly skilled Porters, Maintenance Mechanics and Carpenters are equipped with cell phones so they are easy to reach when you need them. They are also fully uniformed and carry an ID badge to validate their identity. Our customers appreciate this level of professionalism!
Every service contract ensures our CEO and the Regional Manager attend a Board meeting once annually. The balance of our Management Team works “one-on-one” with the association to provide quick and professional answers to any work order, project, scheduling, status, or billing questions.
Jim Rademacher is founder and CEO. He oversees the day-to-day operations, manages profitability, cash flow, pricing, estimates and overall accounting.
Lauren is responsible for new business sales, retention and customer relations. Lauren joined the Rezkom team in 2014.
Mikel is responsible for Human Resources, Insurance, Payroll, Workers Comp, oversight of daily office operations. Mikel started with Rezkom in 2016.
Tracy is responsible for all social media accounts, advertising and marketing efforts, and coordination of networking and industry events. Tracy is also responsible for assisting with various administrative duties.
Jennifer is responsible for all accounts receivable and accounts payable functions as well as taxes and auditing. Jennifer has been with Rezkom since 2005.
